Trusts

Trusts are very important to my practice.

I have many years experience in all aspects of the trust: I have created, restructured and litigated them.

I have experience of dealing with English, Jersey, Guernsey and Cypriot trusts along with associated special purpose vehicles. I have also worked with the trust’s civil law cousins, the foundation and anstalt.

I have been lucky enough to work extensively with the late A.J. Oakley the author of ”Parker and Mellows: The Modern Law of Trusts” and “Constructive Trusts”.

I have litigated trusts in England and Wales, to the level of the Court of Appeal. I have also litigated trusts in the BVI, Cayman Islands and Cyprus.

My practical experience is bolstered by my professional qualifications.
